Performance Notes

Supply

Shuntian produces film to buyer specification on width, thickness, colour and roll length, packing rolls in woven bags for container shipment. Standard lead time is 20 to 30 days FOB Tianjin or Qingdao, with samples available for evaluation.

Matching Film to Structure

Agricultural film fails at the details: a thin spot under a purlin, an edge that was slit unevenly, or a grade that loses flexibility after one summer. Shuntian's approach is to specify thickness, UV package and width together with the greenhouse type, so a seasonal tunnel is not covered with film designed for one month of mulch use. For high tunnels and multi-span structures, the heavier 8 to 12 mil grades carry wind load far better than doubled light film.

Production Control

Gauge is monitored continuously during extrusion to keep thickness tolerance tight across the full web width, and each roll is measured before packing. UV stabilizer content can be adjusted for one-season mulch or multi-season cover applications.
